So What is Biker Gear Club?
Biker Gear Club is the way for bikers, new and veteran to learn about new brands and products just for them. Often in a world of so many choices it can be overwhelming and near impossible to find the right quality gear at the right price. We want to take the guess work out of buying gear online by way of custom curated boxes by bikers themselves. We are a collective of riders from different styles of bikes that aim to send items that we have tried and tested ourselves. Gear for all of the major types of riders. As we know each type of motorcycle rider requires a different setup and enjoys unique products for their style of riding. That is why we aim to serve ALL RIDERS, ALL RIDING SEASON. Cruiser, Sport, Vintage, Adventure riders will all experience something that is unique and custom for them. A new quarterly or monthly seasonally themed box shipped to their door so they can spend more time using their gear and less time finding it.
How does the club work?
Biker Gear Club is a subscription box service that sends subscribers premium motorcycle gear and accessories on a monthly or quarterly (every 3 months) basis.
Customize your box by letting us know what type of rider you are.
Once you sign up for your first box of gear your account is automatically setup on a recurring payment schedule. The credit card account you sign up with will be charged and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.
You can cancel at anytime simply by logging into your account on our website and selecting your subscription and cancelling it.
Monthly subscription boxes are sent out between the 15th-17th of each month (Due to COVID-19 boxes may be shipped out 1 to 4 days after this date). Quarterly subscription boxes go out between the 20th – 22nd of the shipping month for each quarter.
How do I send just one box as a gift?
It’s quite simple really! All you have to do is select what box you want to send to your biker. After you receive confirmation that the box was shipped just log into your account and cancel the subscription. All of our boxes are setup as recurring subscriptions but you have complete control of canceling or skipping shipments at anytime. Getting a one time box costs just the same as a subscription box.
Billing & Payment
When can I expect to be billed for my subscription?
You’ll pay for your first box when you place the order. This is so we can put that directly toward curating tools and components specifically for your motorcycle. Starting with your second box, monthly box subscribers will be billed automatically on the 1st of each month. Quarterly box subscribers will be charged on a recurring quarterly billing cycle. The credit card account you signed up with will be the one charged on the 1st day of the month every 3rd month of the year. Shipping and handling is a fast and flat rate cost for customers that live in the US. You can cancel or change your payment method anytime. Prices do not include applicable tax. State sales tax is factored in at the time of checkout.
How do I know when shipments are going to be sent out?
Monthly box shipments
You pay for your first box upon signing up. We ship on the 15th-17th every month! (Due to COVID-19 boxes may be shipped out 1 to 4 days after this date.) Orders placed before the 10th of the month will ship on the 15th-20th of the same month. If you placed your order after the 10th, it will ship out next month on the 15th-17th. Tracking information will be emailed to you immediately once your box has shipped.
Quarterly box shipments
You pay for your first box upon signing up. Your first box will be shipped out within 10 to 14 days of purchasing.
Shipping Delay Notice: Our carriers are reporting delays due to the effects of COVID-19. In some cases, there may be delays of up to 10 days from the usual delivery date once your order has shipped. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
You will receive your second box the quarter following the one you signed up during.
For example: If you sign up anytime during the Spring Quarter (Q2) your first box will ship out in 10-14 days of purchasing. It will be the Spring Season box. Then your next quarterly box will be charged on June 1st which is the automatic renewal date for our Summer quarterly (Q3) box shipment. That shipment will be sent out between the 20th-22nd of June.
You will receive an upcoming quarterly payment reminder a few days prior to the renewal so that you can choose whether to cancel/skip a box or keep your subscription running.

Our website and email correspondence will let you know when the next shipments are going out well in advance as well as when the cutoff is for new members to get the next box. Refer to the cut-off dates below. Due to the custom nature and quality of gear for our deluxe quarterly boxes we only supply a limited run of boxes for each new quarter.
U.S. shipments may take up to 4-10 business days to deliver from the day your box is shipped. Many of our shipments contain products that are considered hazardous material or packaged in aerosol cans (such as cleaning sprays). Orders containing such products will ship ground only and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories or outside the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is charged based on where you live in the United States. All shipments leave our store in Los Angeles to anywhere in the United States for monthly and quarterly box shipments.
Does Biker Gear Club ship Internationally?
Currently we do not offer shipping outside of the United States. Due to our company being a small family owned business from a single location we just cannot promise the same level of dependability in shipping due to each country having its own rules and import taxes. Also the global pandemic has made things increasingly difficult to ship nearly anywhere. We hope to some day open up international shipments.
Returns & Exchanges
To cancel your Biker Gear Club quarterly subscription at any time, you must log-in to your account, click on the “MY SUBSCRIPTIONS” button at the bottom of the your account details page and click “Cancel” on the subscription you wish to cancel. You will receive email confirmation of your cancellation to the email address we have on record for you. Due to the custom nature of our curated boxes, we are not able to accept returns. If you are unhappy with your box and are a subscriber, you may cancel your subscription at anytime. Your last box received will depend on the date of cancellation. If you would not like to receive your upcoming box, you must cancel prior to the next box’s renewal date. If you cancel your subscription after your automatic renewal you will receive the current box and your subscription will be canceled following that shipment. If you received a defective product or are missing a product in your box, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll gladly do what we can do to resolve the situation.
