So What is Biker Gear Club?
Biker Gear Club is the way for bikers, new and veteran to learn about new brands and products just for them. Often in a world of so many choices it can be overwhelming and near impossible to find the right quality gear at the right price. We want to take the guess work out of buying gear online by way of custom curated boxes by bikers themselves. We are a collective of riders from different styles of bikes that aim to send items that we have tried and tested ourselves. Gear for all of the major types of riders. As we know each type of motorcycle rider requires a different setup and enjoys unique products for their style of riding. That is why we aim to serve ALL RIDERS, ALL RIDING SEASON. Cruiser, Sport, Vintage, Adventure riders will all experience something that is unique and custom for them. A new quarterly or monthly seasonally themed box shipped to their door so they can spend more time using their gear and less time finding it.
How does the club work?
Biker Gear Club is a subscription box service that sends subscribers premium motorcycle gear and accessories on a monthly or quarterly (every 3 months) basis.
Customize your box by letting us know what type of rider you are.
Once you sign up for your first box of gear your account is automatically setup on a recurring payment schedule. The credit card account you sign up with will be charged and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.
You can cancel at anytime simply by logging into your account on our website and selecting your subscription and cancelling it.
Monthly subscription boxes are sent out between the 15th-17th of each month. Quarterly subscription boxes go out between the 20th – 22nd of the shipping month for each quarter.
How do I send just one box as a gift?
It’s quite simple really! All you have to do is select what box you want to send to your biker. After you receive confirmation that the box was shipped just log into your account and cancel the subscription. All of our boxes are setup as recurring subscriptions but you have complete control of canceling or skipping shipments at anytime. Getting a one time box costs just the same as a subscription box.
Billing & Payment
When can I expect to be billed for my subscription?
You’ll pay for your first box when you place the order. This is so we can put that directly toward curating tools and components specifically for your motorcycle. Starting with your second box, monthly box subscribers will be billed automatically on the 22nd of each month. Quarterly box subscribers will be charged on a recurring quarterly billing cycle. The credit card account you signed up with will be the one charged on the 1st day of the month every 3rd month of the year. Shipping and handling is free for customers that live in the US for purchases over $100. You can cancel or change your payment method anytime. Prices do not include applicable tax. State sales tax is factored in at the time of checkout.
How do I know when shipments are going to be sent out?
Monthly shipments are sent out between the 15th and 17th every month. You must sign up durring the prior month in order to get the next month’s shipment. For example: If you sign up anytime in January you will receive your first box in February. The cutoff for each monthly box shipment is the 31st of the month prior. For another example: The cutoff to get June’s monthly box would be May 31st.

Our website and email correspondence will always let you know when the next shipments are going out well in advance as well as when the cutoff is for new members to get the next box. For quarterly subscribers, please note: depending on when you sign up, you may not receive your first package for up to 3 months. Refer to the cut-off dates below. Due to the custom nature and quality of gear for our deluxe quarterly boxes we only supply a limited run of boxes for each new quarter. By prepaying for your quarterly box you also guarantee you will get a box for the quarter you sign up.
U.S. shipments may take up to 3-7 business days to deliver from the day your box is shipped. Many of our shipments contain products that are considered hazardous material or packaged in aerosol cans (such as cleaning sprays). Orders containing such products will ship ground only and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories or outside the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE to anywhere in the United States for orders over $100 USD.
Monthly shipments include a standard flat rate shipping and handling fee based on the area you live in and current USPS shipping prices.
Does Biker Gear Club ship Internationally?
Currently we ship to the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Ireland, Italy Australia and the UK. We would love to share Biker Gear Club with all bikers across the world so please email us email@example.com and let us know what country you would like us to be offered in next.
We do not offer free shipping outside of the United States. International shipments are sent out via USPS Priority International Shipping. Which may take between 6-10 business days for delivery.
We ship flat rate prices to the UK, Mexico, Ireland, Italy, Australia and Canada.
$30 USD for shipments to Canada & Mexico. $50 USD for shipments to the UK, Ireland and Italy. And $60 USD flat rate shipping to Australia.
*PLEASE NOTE: Shipments to Canada, Mexico, Ireland, Italy, Australia and the UK will not include chemicals and aerosols like oils and lubricants that cannot be shipped via air transport. Items of equal value will be substituted.
Delivery for Canada, Mexico, Ireland, Italy, Australia and the UK residents may take between 6 to 10 business days.
Who pays VAT/Custom Fees?
All international orders will be your responsibility as far as VAT / Customs fees. Not all packages will have to go through this process and there is no way to tell which ones will be held up at customs.
Returns & Exchanges
To cancel your Biker Gear Club quarterly subscription at any time, you must log-in to your account, click on the “MY SUBSCRIPTIONS” button at the bottom of the your account details page and click “Cancel” on the subscription you wish to cancel. You will receive email confirmation of your cancellation to the email address we have on record for you. Due to the custom nature of our curated boxes, we are not able to accept returns. If you are unhappy with your box and are a subscriber, you may cancel your subscription at anytime. Your last box received will depend on the date of cancellation. If you would not like to receive your upcoming box, you must cancel prior to the next box’s renewal date. If you cancel your subscription after your automatic renewal you will receive the current box and your subscription will be canceled following that shipment. If you received a defective product or are missing a product in your box, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll gladly do what we can do to resolve the situation.
